IT Operations Engineer
We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer with 2 to 4 years’ engineering experience to join our international and dynamic team.

We are looking for someone with expertise in using Linux server administration (e.g., Ubuntu), RAID, SSH, Firewall, Host level networking, Git, Scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and Networking (Firewall, subnetting, VPN). Do you also bring experience in working with Microservices & Containerisation experience (Kubernetes/Docker), CI/CD (e.g., Ansible, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab), Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), ITIL tools (e.g., Jira, Remedy, ITSM), Monitoring (e.g., Elastic, Zabbix, Grafana, Azure monitor), Automation / Business continuity, IT Security practices (private key authentication, credential rotation, RBAC, etc.)? We also require solid documentation abilities and a good understanding of the Agile project management methodology.
Bringing additional knowledge about Databases (e.g., Mysql, Postgresql, Microsoft SQL), NGINX, Infrastructure as code skills, Backup / redundancy planning, Terraform and/or System Admin skills (onboarding/offboarding users, email management, hardware procurement, end user security auditing) will put you on top of our list!
We look for strong problem-solving skills and a mindset to doing tasks in a scalable manner (using automation where possible), ensuring consistency across all customer projects. You engage with customers to learn their building configuration and integrate the bGrid solution within that configuration and you ensure the service health of the entire bGrid solution.
You will cooperate with our developers to deploy new code to customer sites frequently while ensuring the stability of the bGrid solution. We expect a high attention to detail when reviewing internal and external requests.
