Smart Building Consultant

As a Smart Building Consultant you will be joining the commercial team within bGrid and you will be the first contact to our clients. You will get to listen to our clients and transform the clients’ smart building wishes into a tangible real smart building solution based on the bGrid technology. Throughout the project you design you are a valuable sparring partner for all stakeholders (end user, real estate developer, architect, contractor, MEP installer, etc.) and you are able to quickly react on client requests and handle multiple projects simultaneously. You are focussed, efficient, never miss a deadline and ambitious. Does this sound like the job for you?
Is this you?
- You are a recent graduate with BSc or MSc degree preferable with a technical background;
- Nil to five year experience in real estate sector, technical consultancy and/or account management is a plus but not required;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English; (If you have any other languages knowledget in German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese it is considered a plus);
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services;
- You are able to leverage your consultancy skills to effectively tie technology and business objectives to craft solutions that answer your clients business needs;
- Excellent presentation skills and you are are really customer oriented;
- You have demonstrated knowledge of working with complex technical solutions;
- Self-Learner and curious about technology;
- You are a teamplayer with the ability to work autonomously;
- Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast paced and constant changing environment;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Knowledge in complex (smart building) technology in commercial real estate including experience with emerging technologies would be a plus.
